Every ChirpSpot™ client relationship begins with a discovery
process. An in-depth interview is
conducted to assist the client in identifying and quantifying critical elements
related to their products and services, current and prospective customers,
competitive market position, and current and past marketing tactics and
performance.
The discovery process leads to the analysis phase. In the analysis phase, ChirpSpot™ reviews
and analyzes the client supplied information, combines that information with ChirpSpot’s expertise
in social media platforms and channels, and identifies those social media
options that are best suited to the client’s marketing objectives.
The strategy phase formalizes the discovery and analysis phases to
produce an extensive social media strategy document that details specific use
of selected social media tools targeted to achieve the client’s S.M.A.R.T.
goal.
In the implementation phase, ChirpSpot™ manages
the client’s strategic social media activities to maintain frequency of
postings, elevate brand awareness, and ensure consistency of marketing message.
Throughout the implementation phase, ChirpSpot™ is
active in monitoring online client mentions and competitor activity. ChirpSpot’s posting activity, on behalf of the
client, and any market intelligence gathered during monitoring process is
shared weekly with the client as part of our reporting process.
Every quarter, ChirpSpot™ and the client engage in a review
and adjustment process where their social media strategy progress is compared
with their S.M.A.R.T. goal to determine if strategy modifications or
adjustments are needed.
